    The working out part of the program requires you to do exercises for the cardiovascular system for a total of forty five minutes, and another forty five minutes with the sculpting exercises. What would be the result? Weight loss, accelerated because you would be doing this for at least more than a week.

You should know, that the end result will be more like a quick-fix. If you stop the diet and exercise program and get back to normal food you will gain your weight back.
